kron-4 meteorologist brian van aken is here with where the rain is headed. but first kron-4's scott rate is live in san francisco.where we are starting to see a lot of water collecting on the streets. scott we just heard an off-ramp had to be closed because of flooding? >> scott rates yes we checked and in the past 30 minutes to close the off ramp to 1 01 and cesar chavez. the flooding has gotten so bad in that area. it is also bad here in the marina. there are big puddles pulling up and cars flying through, misjudging their speed and hydroplaning abet. a lot of the wet weather we're seeing across the bay. right before a lot of the tunnels, going southbound, you can see the mudslide that came down and it--highway patrol had a close lanes. this may cause some heavy traffic for travelers headed there. the businesses in this area are getting sandbags just in case the next batch of rain comes there and hit them hard. they're not taking any chances. to have a lot of rainfall and a lot of cars on the roads. i checked with a highway patrol and they are asking drivers to slow down and be ca
