brian stelter, of course, cnn media correspondent and host of "reliable sources." so, brian, first to you. what do we know about this government contractor? what do we know about reality winner and exactly what she did? >> first, that is her real name. there were lots of punch lines about that, but reality winner is her name, a 20-something. she had been working this job in georgia, apparently e-mailing at one point with "the intercept," an online news site that specializes in trying to get secret documents from the government and publishing them. at one point she e-mailed "the intercept," one of the ways the government honed in on her. more importantly, according to the government, she printed out this top-secret nsa report, mailed it to a reporter at "the intercept," and by the time it was published online yesterday, she was found and arrested. according to prosecutors, she did admit to going ahead and leaking this information. we will hear more from her in court maybe later this week. >> yeah, absolutely. so, she is charged with breaking the law. >> right. >> fro

brian stelter, here's a question. david mention that had we need to hear from the president himself. he doesn't do interviews. instead he does these rallies, he drops all sort of policy bombs without being challenged, no accountability whatsoever. >> and today's the greatest example yet. you know, look at that chiron in the bottom of the screen last hour. live coverage banned of the white house briefing. they were allowing audio, but only on a time-delayed basis. we of course broadcast the entire briefing because you should be able to hear what this white house is telling reporters and telling the public about what's going on. but this briefing was pretty much held in the dark. there were lights on in the briefing room but the cameras were not allowed inside the briefing. it's the latest example of this white house being resistant to transparency but good news, if you want to hear from the president, he is giving his first interview in almost six weeks, giving it to fox and friends, which is a pro-trump show and one q
