it is messy snow widespread it's called a changeover to rain and i do what you know roads like brian wilton avenue here snow covered in many areas so you want to be careful and some ice potentially out there as well. we have a winter weather advisory for southeast virginia and parts carolina we will see this dropping late this morning and then in the afternoon will continue bit longer but basically that winter weather advisory will erode is the day wears on from south to north as warmer air comes in is the updated snowfall potential across here are generally half finished a couple inches across hampton roads a bit more off to the north but it doesn't really matter because again we're talking about a transition from snow to rain and that rain is going to wash away pretty much what's out there as temperatures will get much warmer tonight and tomorrow. so snow out there this morning down to the southwest are to see that transition very quickly adds one to take a moment to show you as we go through eight o'clock that rain snow mix line pushing of rain for eastern north carolina by nine o'clock
