brianna keilar is watching this because it is having an impact as far as the effort to get financial or wall street reform. what are you hearing? >> well, wolf, as you know, yesterday there was this failed vote on moving forward with this wall street reform bill. again, a failed vote today. and i got to tell you, wolf, we're probably going to see the same thing tomorrow assuming we don't see any breakthrough on the behind the scene negotiations between democrats and republicans. what you have is democrats trying to exert pressure on republicans. republicans scheduling these votes and then when republicans vote no, saying, oh, look, they're aligned with wall street. i spoke, though, with a number of moderate republicans that ultimately democrats hope will come over and help them pass this wall street reform bill and they say, wolf, it is a very counterproductive strategy. >> it looks like the democratic leadership, they'll schedule one of these votes every single day knowing that the outcome will be the same to try to embarrass the republicans. >> the irony is this isn't like health c
