bridgewater college officials say one person be is now in custody after an active shooter was reported and staff there were initially told to shelter in place as police searched through buildings. bridge swatter small liberal arts college. it's located in virginia's shenandoah valley it has an enrollment of 100 under grads. one student has died and another in critical condition after a shooting in a minnesota school. police are searching for suspects who fled the scene after firing several shots. the south education center offers special education programs and an alternative high school. it's located in suburban, minneapolis. meanwhile, right here in the nation's capital police are searching for a suspect who shot a man last night in d.c.'s georgetown neighborhood. the shootings believed to have been targeted and police say the suspect and victim were both involved in an altercation. the suspect may have also been injured. officials are asking residents in the area to review and report any surveillance video they might have captured. and there is a new challenge tonight to the practice
