he talks and you say, well, you know, eloquence that bristol-myers squibb, pfizer drug for blood clots you would say well you know that's $690 a month. and that's absolutely of course he's talking about list and we can talk about this later the role pbms but most people don't pay the lowest price they pay the net price. and 90% of american drugs consumed are generics. those are drugs that are off patent that can be copied, complete copy and very very inexpensive. now, the average price of a generic is about $20. so for most medicines, purchases are affordable, it's the kind of details that are actually impacting. i think that's actually a great time to go into you talking about pharmacy benefit managers because you know, the who are doing something wrong with their drug prices just my guess is the way to put it and so yeah, maybe you can kind of go into, you know what, what is happening. why are some people so worried about drug price costs? well, when you are the pbm expert and i'm just your understudy, but i mean how many people talk about pbms, the dinner table? very few. pbms, phar
