if you're a nascar fan, you probably know bristol speedway but not quite like this.square foot warehouse that they're using to collect supplies. these boxes are waiting to be filled. you can see from the names on them, with basic necessities on the other side. i'm seeing batteries, flashlights, first-aid. this one says canned goods. there is a massive wefrt both federal agencies as well as local volunteers trying to get those supplies where it needs to go. of course, water and we have here, of course, gatorade, it's hot out here in different parts of the south. a massive effort to not only get supplies where it needs to be. we talked about the difficulty getting to those remote areas using horses. using mules to get supplies up shattered roads that lead to isolated mountain towns. we've heard of people donating their time and their own private helicopter or their own private air may not to do exactly that. what i thought was so interesting, it is information that people are trying to get to the people who need it. they've gotten creative doing exactly that. we know t

so this is bristol speedways, one of their warehouses.t's 80,000 square feet, and it is waiting to be filled with supplies, donations. it just opened this morning. they are still waiting for them to be filled, but we are already starting to see them get filled little by little, and they are asking for people to donate. we're talking about top needs here, diapers, wipes, first aid, batteries, flashlights. so this is just a small portion of what we're seeing. of course, we have seen churches doing the same, small, local community donation drives, but, ana, as some people are in the process of cleaning up, digging out their homes and starting the rebuilding phase, of course we're talking about people trying to give aid to others, this is still a dire situation for so many. sam brock illustrated that in north carolina. we have seen similar situations here in tennessee. there are still family members waiting to find their missing loved ones, impact plastics a local factory. there has been a lot of tension with spanish speaking families. they h
