here's brittany. the most striking discovery i've made since studying solitary confinement is most certainly how easy it is to get there and how impossible it is to get out the the average non violent drug offender, for instance, ends up in solitary and because of their assignment to solitary, they don't receive drug rehabilitation, they don't receive anger management. so essentially we're taking somebody who is struggled with their individual coping skills, their problem solving skills, often effective by trauma. and we're isolating them to further create a sense of self coping. karma, i see nothing. articulate and not i think it's just, it's, we're only beginning to understand, i often say that we've been running a mass experiment with solitary confinement, particularly over the last few decades. and we're just beginning to understand the depths of the harm that we create. i think as, as we talked to, people like having and sounds like the box and, and the people like brittany, you know, people expe
