let's check in with first alert meteorologist brittney shipp.at weather is not going to last for long. >> it's not going to last. next weekend looks really good for father's day. if you want to look on the bright side of things. here's what to expect as we head into your workweek. rainy conditions for most of the workweek. it will be a little more humid for us. and we'll even see storms a bit stronger by friday. so that's when we have our best chance of the stronger thunderstorms. but we're already starting to see rainfall moving in to our area especially in reading. that's when we're seeing the thunderstorms roll through. you can see they are short lived here. still seeing rainfall near maiden creek. and everything continues to shift to the east. so we could see by 11:47 some of this rainfall in parts of the district and then after midnight, closer to millford. this is a weather disturbance continuing to track to the east. a lot of the thunderstorms stronger outside of our area are breaking down as they get closer to baltimore. even parts of wa

gleets to nbc 10 first alert meteorologist brittney shipp. we're about to see a lot more summer-like weather as we head into the week? >> hot and humid conditions for us as we push into your monday. tuesday, wednesday, talking about temperatures heading back into the 90s. for tomorrow, we are going to see a sunny start. also going to see a hot, humid and stormy pattern for moist of your workweek. and then 90s are here. typically hit our first 90-degree day at the end of may. on average, we're a little behind that since we won't hit it until we head into your tuesday. your wake-up temperatures tomorrow, by 7:00 a.m., 65 degrees in mt. pocono. a mild start to the morning in trenton with temperatures warming to 63 degrees. by the time you head into late morning hours by 10:00 a.m., already into the 80s. it's going to be a warm day tomorrow. temperatures should get pretty close to 88 degrees. in terms of your future weather, take a look at what happens as we head into the rest of the afternoon. plenty of sunshine. we could see the chance of just

let's check the fog status and some possible storms with nbc 10 meteorologist brittney shipp. >> we're seeing down visibilities. we're keeping a close eye on this batch of thunderstorms that continues to track to the northeast. so that is going to head closer to the city as we get into the next couple hours. so a closer look at when we can expect some of those storms as they track to the northeast, closer to 15:54 for dover, closer to 1:30 in christiana and then millville could see some thunderstorm activity closer to 2:00 p.m. we want to show you what it looks like out there. it's a gray day. it's been a gray week for the most part. the good news is we will start to see a little more clearing, but it won't be until we get through today, even tomorrow. so the clearing won't happen until we head into the weekend. keep your umbrellas handy. allow a little extra time to get home from work. we will be dealing with the possibility of some pop-up showers into the 5:00 hours. i'll go over the details on how long the rain will stick around in my first alert seven-day forecast. >>> fire erupted

nbc 10's first alert meteorologist brittney shipp is here with the forecast. make it a good one, brittney? >> we're going to see fantastic conditions today. it's less humid. the humidity is dropping. this is the sixth weekend in a row where we're going to be rain-free. but storms and 90s back in the forecast. but right now, temperatures across the region ranging between the 70s, the low 70s in the poconos. 73 degrees to 77 degrees in allentown. already at 80 in philadelphia. 77 in millville. 76 here in atlantic city and 75 currently in mount holly. temperatures pushing a little bit below the average or average for this time of year is 85 degrees. today, our temperatures stay closer to 83. as we head into the weekend, 84 degrees. so that's a seasonable temperature for us, right around the average. i'll let you know what to expect for the rest of the weekend all coming up in my full forecast. >> looks good, thank you. >>> just in to the nbc 10 newsroom, we've learned the judge has denied a bail redestruction for the two men at the center of that building collapse
