story tonight after criticism from the parents of a boy who officers found safely. 8-year-old brock guzman was inside the family's running car when it was stolen from outside his home on monday. the guzman family released this cell phone video and say they will file a complaint against officers who investigated claiming that i treated the family like criminals. fairfield police tell abc 7 news tonight that the problem began when profs tried to get inside the guzman's home after spotting what appeared to be blood. >> the mother stood up and pushed past the officer who was standing by her and pushed past the officer and tried to enter the house and at that point we're concerned for what's going on in that house and we stopped her from going into the house and that's where the scuffle broke out. the guzmans say they didn't want police inside the home because they have a dog that bites. >> neighbors rushed to the rescue during an apartment fire in martinez that sent a woman to the hospital. flames damaged a total of four units at the mission pines apartment complex. the early morning fire was
