john: this is john broderick.ve been involved in this company for 10 years and we have always liked it on a mental basis. back in around 2015, they started to fall on hard times. a lot of turnover in the ceo suite. it kind of lost its way. hestia partners, we formed a group, and we wanted to accelerate the pace of change in the company. we won a contest last spring where we successfully put two new board members on the board to improve the pace of change. and that paved the way for somebody like ryan cohen to come in and effectively get control of the board without running a majority sleet. that was a key development here. that got the ball rolling with -- we are not activists. but it is a dream scenario to have somebody come in who is a brilliant entrepreneur, willing to take an active role in turning around a company, with the governance. it is a great scenario. we got this ball rolling, and here we are. alix: so you clearly have a fundamental reason to have been in the stock. you had a 2.8% stake as of the last
