bronx was turning down. i've heard people talk about workforce development, pass out jobs. i've heard it for years on the south side of chicago, heard people talk about it in the bronx, heard people talk about it here in baltimore or in philadelphia. here we are in 2015 and the incarceration rate and the unemployment rate in a neighborhood like this basically as high as they've ever been. >> right. i agree with that. i think that's a good point. and i think the way we need to move forward is to try something different. you know just the whole workforce development, i think we need to focus more on entrepreneurship and creating the business that allows the opportunity to provide jobs for this particular population. i think that what's going on right now, that we should focus on the issues that brought these people here which is police brutality and inequality in our social systems here and i think this is also an opportunity for our leadership to do something different. like these issues are happening all ove
