onto the breaking news in the bronx. police just gave us an update on a shootout inside a deli that left one man dead. the gunman shot by police after getting his hands on one of their guns. >> reporter: good morning again lori. police have are a chance to review the surveillance video inside that deli, so they have given us a broader, clearer view, so s what happened out here at 1:08 this morning. the suspect, 30-year-old ephraim guzman was in a deli and he was kicked out. he went across the street to another deli. the worker from the first deli followed him across the street to warn the workers there. the man again started problems. the phone calling 911. one person went outside and flagged down two police officers. they go inside. guzman struggles with the officers, he is able to grab the officer's gun from the holster. the suspect fires off 15 rounds. one of those bullets fatally hits the worker who had come across the street. he is a 49-year-old man. the second officer fires three times at guzman. he hits him twice
