the incident happened inside an apartment in the bronx last night.. officers say they were responding to a call about an emotionally disturbed person..when they found the 66-year old.. they say a sergeant persuaded the woman to drop the scissors... but she then grabbed a baseball bat and tried to hit him.. that's when the sergeant fired off two shots.. the woman was taken to a hospital, where the days until the end of his presidency... he hosted his final state dinner at the white house last...
