the area i grew up in of the south bronx, at the time was called fort apache. there's a movie about it. go on netflix or whatever the shows are and look for port apache and you will see a movie about a crime-ridden drug infested neighborhood. we moved into a theory of projects which these are supposed to look like but they were brand-new. they had planted seedlings trees that do not have many branches and leaves and much of the ground they tried to put down grass seeds but they did not grow...
