>> hey, brooke. listen, if your flight has been canceled specifically because of storm-related issues, you've got to remember that different airlines have different policies in place. there's not this one size fits all. if you're traveling wednesday and thursday this week, most airlines have you covered. if you're flying with delta, delta is offering passengers a refund if their flights are canceled or significantly delayed because of the weather. but again, it only applies to certain airports. airports like boston, washington, d.c., for example, new york. so that's something you have to be mindful of as well. they are also offering the chance to rebook your flight for absolutely free. so no change fees needed. and these change fees can run you up a lot of money. we're talking $100 to $300. i know from personal experience it can be very expensive. in terms of other airlines, u.s. air eyes, united, jetblue also offering wavers on rebooking fees as well. you have to check the websites. there are caveat

brooks? >> i am eric brooks and it is spec tack lawyer to see that the department is doing the accident job of reducing the waste even though the volume is going up, and similar cases in cal where electricity is going up and we are kind of keeping the production flat by doing a lot of conservation but the department has gone beyond that lowered the waste and that was accident and there was one part of the presentation that needs more, and that is the part regarding recycling plastic. it is very important that the public watching this understands that plastic recycling is largely ineffective. the previews on this is that over all plastic, only 5 percent of the plastic that you put in those bins gets recycled.

>> hi, brooke. i think the fact that so far it appears to be one lone shooter, not multiple people involved. not a huge conspiracy. you know, that is hopeful that that's the case, and not other people out there with guns potentially threatening other people. so that pretty much is a big story here. the second thing is whether or not the confirmation is true about it being a tsa officer that had been killed in that. but as mentioned earlier, those officers are unarmed as they operate the magtometers and the other screening equipment at airport checkpoints. so someone with an assault rifle would have no problem shooting at them, overwhelming them, and getting past them, if you will, and penetrating airport security. even just one person, much less if it was multiple. and by the time they get to that checkpoint at the machines, there is no security earlier in the process. they get out of their vehicle, or take a bus or taxi to the airport. they go in, they go to the ticket counters. they get boarding p
