brooks: take fridays off. mr. dimon: the biggest mistake is you don't have the right people in the room. the chance of making a mistake -- we get smart people and we work on the issue and you are much more legitimate better outcome if you get the right people in the room and work in. there are solutions, or get second time in a third time. obviously, the biggest mistake of all is when you have the wrong people. when you didn't thoroughly that the person or you gave responsibility you are entitled to, that hurts you and that's a multiyear setback. it takes a while to figure out who they are, i tell people that bulshitters are pretty good at bullshitting. it takes a while before people tell you that this is not working and that takes me another year and then another half of your to. and the.5 years resources to be thorough. don't necessarily provoke people they wouldn't work for. if you wouldn't have your kid or for them, why are you giving them the bigger job? temptation, they quote deserve it. they have been there

>> well, brooke, it's a whole new court. and his confirmation changes the court's biography and its ideology. and we'll start first with what really makes a difference to people out there and that's how they might rule on the law of the land. chief justice roberts now becomes the justice who's sort of towards the center, ideologically, but he is no anthony kennedy. brett kavanaugh succeeded anthony kennedy who was the sentist swing vote justice. judge kavanaugh is much further to the right, so we can expect this court to be much more conservative. some people, brooke, are casting chief justice roberts at the center now, the middle justice, but he will be no swing vote. he will probably, at best for the liberal side, inch a little bit over to their side, because of his interest in trying to steady the court. that's -- he will be the man to watch, more so than justice kavanaugh, as we go forward. and another thing about the biography of the justices that people have pointed out, talk about their pedigrees. justice kavanaugh's

welcome. >> brooke, thank you.or having me on. >> so i know you painted the republican club, the table with the republicans. you also have a separate painting of democratic presidents, as well. but give me a quick back story, andy. why did you paint this? what inspired you? >> well, the original painting was done in -- i did -- i've done three sets now. the first set was done in 2008 in the lead up to the election. and then we came up with another set that included obama, president obama. and so with president trump, we needed to do another one. so we call it just the republican club and the democratic club. >> and andy, did you have any idea that your painting was hanging so prominently in the private residence? >> no, i didn't -- i actually had gotten a call a couple of weeks ago from president trump, and that was a real highlight. darrell issa was there, and so was vice president pence. and so that was quite a treat. but, you know, whether they actually hang the painting or not, we didn't know until last night.

[laughter] i think however the power of grant's memoirs is that he tells the story, but he tells it in such a way that for many of you, you think it is the story. he is very careful what he forgets. he doesn't stress certain issues. example,o mention, for of grants relationship with alcohol and the memoir. there is very little about his disappointments and the rough times he had with other people. he settle scores. it is very much a personal statement, but it's done so well and contrast to many of the other memoirs of the american civil war that you come away from it saying that he has told you the story not only as he would like you to hear it, but as he would like you to remember. that is one of the powers of that memoir. people continue to refer to that memoir as a factual account of everything that went on and not nitpick whether this was right or this was wrong. the fact of the matter is rant is telling you his story and it becomes the story. that i think is a tribute to his tale

>> anything's possible, brooke, but here's the deal. there have been scientific studies with painted services where blood has been removed. seven layers of paint and they've still detected it with a chemical called luminol, which is used it look at cleaned up crime scenes, it can detect minute traces of blood. if what they're saying has come to fruition here, that have an atrocious crime scene. there's going to be traces left that are going to be detected with luminol and that's according to reports what they were going to use. even if they painted the surfaces and used bleach, there's still going to be something left. >> if you're using luminol, can you tell how someone was killed? what kind of detail can you get? >> well, luminol has some drawbacks. it's mixed in water and that dilutes what you're spraying it on. sometimes it will run and dilute some of the minor stains you're looking for on impact spatter or something involving a carotid artery being bleached, so those minute details may not be redible availabre readily available. ho

we're here outside the twin brooke metro station. behind me is the parking garage. now, montgomery county police swarmed ts garage, they searched the stairwells, the different levels, the parking garage. they also searched the parking lot. let's roll some video to show you from chopper 4 from above. police say they received a call from someone who knows the allegedim . the caller told police a man seally assaulted the woman at or near the twin brooke metro station in rockville around 6:00 this evening. now,police, they searched and came up empty. potted police near several other metro stations on this side of the red line. this is videorom the friendship heights station near the d.c./maryland line. police won't confirm if this is connected to the search for the suspect. police are interviewing the woman. they have not released a description of the suspect. they will sit down with her and try to up with a composite sketch. meanwhile, police urge with information about this alleged sexual assault to call montgomery county police. live here in rockville, i'm s shomari
