delays of course have spilled back onto the blue route 476 itself now jammed southbound from past broomall to 95 with speeds just in the teens this morning. so, it's going to start to brake up now that the lanes are opened but it's takenning a little time. we are still definitely seeing those delays. and delays formed elsewhere on 95 in the northeast. southbound by cottman again from bridge street on into girard. schuylkill slow now as well westbound side by city avenue, just 13 miles per hour. have a new issue out on the montgomery county-berks county border in boyertown. it's a crash that brought down a pole along reading avenue at second avenue. maybe stick with philadelphia avenue, 73 as an alternate and the issues continue if bellmawr, camden county with the vehicle fire that's blocking the ramp from the northbound side of 295 to the northbound side of the 42 freeway. giving us speeds in the teens there as well. so, coming north on 295, if you're trying to get to 42 i'd bail at 130 or 45 and then take 130 up to the northbound lanes toward the walt whitman bridge. erin. >> okay, thanks
