the election supervisor in broward county.ou may know about brenda because in 2016 a judge called her out for destroying ballots that benefited her friend debbie wasserman-schultz. so election night broward reports thousands of votes, and now there are reportedly thousands more votes. you are kidding, right? a primer. every county is supposed to hand in all early voting and absentee balance lots within 30 minutes of the polls closing. most of kansas city already count those ballots before election night. but now in a lawsuit brought against miss snipes, governor scott argues miss snipes is refusing to cooperate. the court ordered miss snipes to turn over record detailing how she counts ballots. snipes is refusing to turn over the record, saying it's inappropriate for a court into the screen this time simply because scott wants the counting process sped up. what is even more outrageous is after snipes destroyed ballots illegally in the 2016 election. her premature destruction of the ballots in a pending lawsuit was described as

broward stands out. the number is massive in broward. how massive? 25,000. there were 25,000 fewer votes cast in the senate race in broward than in the governor's race. they got the same ballot. you don't see anything like that in any other county. the nelson campaign, their lawyer, suggested this is a machine issue. if there's manual recount and a machine issue, the manual recount would catch that. ballot design may be the other culprit here. this is the broward county ballot that went out. you can see, take a look. you have a lengthy length of str instructions here. this is the senate race. you'd find the other races over here. the only other thing that's in this column is the congressional race. the congressional race, where ever you live in broward, you have different districts. here is the interesting thing that suggests ballot design is the issue. there's a portion of broward county where there was an uncontested congressional race. under florida law if there's a uncontested race, doesn't appear on the ballot. in that part of broward county there was j

its not clear why broward always has so much trouble. steve can tell you, broward county is typically the last county to count. its a huge county. its 1.9 million people. i don't know if its the size or if its something about the machines, but it is typically miami-dade and broward county, the most democratic counties and racially diverse counties and you do have to wonder whether the secretary of state's office in tallahassee needs to look at upgrading the voting systems in these heavily minority counties. the state is 100% run by republicans in tallahassee and there has long been a complaint even when marco rubio was rising in politics that the resources of the state tend to go to the rural north, to the agriculture part of the state and south florida tends to get the fiduciary the fiscal shaft all the time from tallahassee. >> ali, to the sense of things that joy's describing here, the attorney for the florida democratic party has made the allegations that the fraud allegations are brought by governor rick scott and they are baseless.
