we have spotty showers and daly city, san bruno, san mateo and hayward. you can see near san leandro at the oakland hills and diablo range, snow with a wintry mix this morning. we have snow over mount hamilton at the diablo range and the santa cruz mountains. the highway 17 summit is picking up snow this morning. here's a live look at the bay bridge camera and you can see it is wet with temperatures in the 40s and low 40s to mid to upper 30s. it is 39 in concord and san jose, 40 in oakland, livermore 39, 49 in san francisco with mid 30s and santa rosa. these are the lowest snow levels we have seen in the bay area since 2011. showers wrapping up by 9 am or 10 am with sunshine through the afternoon. it will be a chilly afternoon and even colder tomorrow morning. we start out tomorrow morning with temperatures in the 20s and in the 30s. the satellite and radar view showing this cold low pressure system bringing in snow with that slower snow level. let's take you through the morning and here we are at 7 am with snow showers at the diablo range and santa cruz

you know, we had an issue in 2010 with the san bruno jail in county. our city residents and san francisco residents, rather than san bruno residents and had a lot of fun being threatened by the u.s. census bureau folks. and the sheriff -- and i'll say our city attorney herrera and staff were just amazing. and we were able to figure out together a solution to that. so in your particular district, yeah, we're very much aware of that. you have a lot of monolingual and limited english speaking individuals, really diverse in your district. not as many c.b.o.s that may be located there, but there are a lot of community-based organizations throughout the city that work and serve the people in the district, and we definitely are going to encourage them to be part of the community grants program. they will be helping us figure out the strategies. it's not like the city's going to figure this out alone. we have city departments also that serve the population, and that's why we're training everybody. you know, this preparation period's really important. a lot of
