the scene yesterday afternoon near the intersection of brunswick avenue and lake drive. they say daniel everett hit a car and pushed the vehicle into the water. the car was submergeled and the driver, 59 year old james mclean of trenton was killed. witnesses say everett was driving erratically and at a high rate of speed when the crash happened. >>> never -- almost every single arrest will be caught on camera. the officers purchased body cameras and they will wear them to record interactions with the public. studies have shown that documenting police and suspect behavior can dramatically reduce the number of complaints filed against officers. >> we thought it was an extremely aspect of this product. when people know that they are being video-taped they are on their best behaviors. may not take it to the next level because they may have to see it later. and along with our officers it results in better accountability. >> and the police got permission to buy the cameras even outside of the budget. saying it was worth the benefit in transparency in that department. >>> and a
