bryan is the name of that great grandfather's great grandson. he's eight and told his family that the boy poked him in the arm with this diabetic lancet and it did draw blood. this is a device that was found in the street at the school near the bus turnaround. a diabetic lancet looks similar to an epipen obviously used for different conditions. all 14 kids who were poked are getting blood tests. bryan's family is very concerned and says they are awaiting the results.it's scary to think that he done got poked by a dirty needle at school at bryan's age 8 years old and a kid gets struck with a dirty needle. you have to be very concerned because you don't know what that needle has in it. that is how hiv gets spread with a dirty needle.the district says a student and employee here at the school are both diabetic but both have confirmed the lancet was not theirs. the student who was pokiong people has been disciplined according to the district. live in fremont, j.r. stone kron 4 news.
