the 31-year-old ramirez is believed to be the only suspect in the bryan stow beating case.ember, bryan stow is the giants fan who was brutally beaten outside of tkofpblger -- dodgers stadium in march. he remains in a coma at sf general. ramirez has not been formally charged in the stow beating. typically prosecutors have just a few days to pull together their case after an arrest but ramirez's case is different. ramirez has been on parole since 2005. when ramirez was arrested in may in connection to the stow beating, police found a gun at his home which is a violation of his parole. and that's what he is being held for. not the stow case. but ramirez's attorneys say lapd has a weak case. to begin with, they say surveillance video from a hotel and gas station the day after the attack shows ramirez with a full head of hair. while the description of the suspect is that of a man with a shaved head. it is also the testimony of ramirez 10-year-old daughter which puts him at his house the night of the attack. and as for the gun that they found, well, the defense says it didn't bel
