basically closed off bryant street as it heads up towards the hall of justice. 850 bryant. there are multiple road closures in the area. we were lucky enough to come off of i-80. and as soon as we exited, we saw chp officers blocking off the exit ramp to this location. you can see all the way down here that everyone that is on 8th street is being diverted on to that other street over there. because no one is being allowed in this area where we are. 8th and bryant right near the hall of justice. we are about a block away. i want to bring in now rosie clark. you were inside the hall of justice and part of the lockdown. what was happening. >> when i came down the stairs and i went up the front door, everything was blocked off. they wouldn't let anyone out. there was about 150 people all standing there, trying to get out. and i asked someone, do you know what is going on? they said apparently there is a bomb. i remember thinking to myself if there's a bomb, i want to be out of the building. i don't want to be in here if there's a bomb. i was a little frightened. after 20 minute
