buddy ben looking much better this afternoon. he's having a much better afternoon thanked morning that's for sure, brian and sharrie. you can see the traffic in both directions across the span of the ben franklin bridge is moving well at this point so no complaints, no need to fear if you're head for the ben franklin bridge this afternoon a much different story from this morning. this is 95 right by the ben franklin bridge and the vine street expressway. same as not true here. northbound side is completely locked up from north of the walt whitman bridge up to the work zone at girard avenue. we had an earlier broken down vehicle right there in the work zone that got us off to a bad start this afternoon. then there was a crash in the backlog around washington avenue. that, too, has cleared so our situation is out of the way, the lanes are opened but you can see speeds are still in the teens. we're in the single digits on the schuylkill expressway. so, not so hot over there, either. we've got some traffic light troubles over there in west philadelphia 58th and haverford. in fact they've set up a temporary stop sign because those traffic lights are out. this is the blue route in delco 476 southbou
