i spoke with orlando's mayor buddy dyer.bout the influence of e.a., which built the madden game in orlando for years. mayor buddy dyer: there is so many alumni that have started their own companies and been part of the fabric of the tech community in downtown orlando. and interestingly enough about eight years ago, ea came to us and said, "hey, we want to expand here, but the talent pool is not deep enough." so we got together the city and ucf, the university of central florida, and created the florida interactive entertainment academy in one of our buildings, and it is a graduate program for video gamers. and it has been very successful. it is now the second leading program of its type in the country. cory: fairly interesting. when you look across the country -- because there is a silicon valley of colorado, and there is a silicon valley of the desert and there is a silicon valley of the middle east. you name it, everybody is trying to do a silicon valley. what is it that is so attractive to you in terms of economic develop
