ryan's budget is not my budget. but the fact of the matter is, it is his budget.e is going to have to live with the fact that ryan wants to turn medicare into vouchers. that ryan is going -- has a reverse robin hood budget in terms of rewarding the rich and sacrificing the poor and the working class. and thirdly, a lot of the investments we believe in in this country in terms of infrastructure and education and everything else, are going to be absolutely eliminated on the ryan/romney budget....
