i am the chair of the treasure island/ yerba buena island citizens advisory board and have been in that capacity since its inception in 2001. we're a diverse group of individuals, including longtime residents of treasure island and your but when the island, each with his or her very unique perspective. as i said, this is our 11th year of meeting, and over those years, we have held literally hundreds of public meetings. i think it is close to 300. since the beginning of last year, we have held 40. through april of this year, an additional eight. during that time, we have reviewed these entitlement documents, and over the 11 years, we have vetted and number of items including but not limited to community benefit sea level rise, global warming, transportation, sustainability, open space, bike and pedestrian paths, wetlands, on and on and on. the process has been extensive, and on the april 9 meeting, we took action on the recommendation to the tida board approvals of the final transaction and recommendation entitlement documents, including the items on your agenda today. of the current 24
