the new reservoirs on the yorba buena island is supplying yorba and treasure island with water and allowing the developer to begin -- allow the puc to decommission the former navy reservoir at the top of yorba buena island and the developer to begin the demolition of that to make way for the new western hilltop park area. we'll talk about that a little bit further later on. the wastewater treatment plant site, the geotechnical improvement there was completed last year and the puc has issued a notice to proceed on the design build contract for of the waste treatment plant tomorrow with construction expected to begin later. this being spring and take two and a half to three years to complete. that's a significant step forward, but the existing wastewater treatment plant has long been seen as one of the, the more vulnerable pieces of infrastructure on the island and to be beginning construction to retire that old plan is a big milestone for us. and where that new plant will be constructed between the existing treatment plant and the fire training academy, behind the ship shape, that work shoul
