i have learned enough that while buffalo is a city for all seasons. it makes sense to visit in october rather than debris. today is not just in the day in october. it marks a significant anniversary. on october 18, john j. took the oath of office as our first chief justice. he presided over the court in its early years. he resigned his post as chief justice in favor of what he considered a far more prestigious position, governor of new york. i do not know if he would make the same decision today.
