turns out, the man who fell on to the tracks was actually wanted, eric henderson of buie has an outstandingarrant. once his name was put into a data base, it was discovered he was wanted for failing to appear on a trespassing charge. but his wrap sheet showing a range of charges. his actions could have put not only himself but metro passengers in jeopardy. according to prince georges county fire and ems, henderson was transported to prince georges county with nonlife threatening head injuries. the expectation was for him to be held there until sheriff deputies could take him into custody. he was released before that could happen. while he's not considered a violent offender, he does have this outstanding warrant and they plan to serve it. news 4. >> while the metro fall you heard about led to an arrest, usually they're just dangerous for you and the riders around at the time. the news 4 iteam brought this to public attention weeks ago. we show you this footage about how common these types of falls are. see our full reports and find out what metro is doing to prevent incidents like this, go
