[inaudible] >> lots of mental health patients come in and we are dealing with them all the time, mental health -- yeah, there is none of it anymore. we expandck: when montanans got00 access to mental health that otherwise didn't. we are a rural state. we have a project called project echo, meaning if even we don't have providers, we basically have managing teams in rural areas. we have parity legislation so any [inaudible] >> you also look like you need a beard. steve bullock is pro-choice. that means he has vetoed approximately one gazillion efforts at abortion bans and abortion restrictions in the state, including one as recently as this month. he vetoed republican efforts to end same-day voter regulatiistr in his state. after trump's fcc repealed net neutrality nationwide, bullock was the first governor in the country to sign an executive order requiring net neutrality in his state. he was the first governor to do that, but then other governors followed. so there is this democrat who keeps finding concrete ways to make progress in what is nevertheless this really, really red state. that democratic governor is as of yesterday now running for president. he is the only democratic candidate running who has won a state that trump won in 2016, but he has won statewide in that state three times, including on the night when trump took his state by 20 nights that night, the election night 2016, 20 to 30% of the voters in the state who voted for trump nevertheless that same nig

bullock: yeah.aged.am i only got into this two weeks ago because i had a job to do and my legislator was going on at i had to get medicaid reauthorization and freeze college tuition. hopefully we get there by the number of donors, by the polling, but even if not, this conversation will go long past the next month for sure. joe: after, let's talk about some of the issues and topics people are debating. do you think president should be impeached? gov. bullock: i think congress needs to fulfill its full oversight authority of the executive branch, and interestingly enough the executive branch has to comply. saying we won't even send people there? but two days ago i was at five different stops in iowa and people were talking about health care, jobs, tariffs, the soybeans in the bin. not talking about impeachment. i would much rather be focusing on what folks need for the next year and a half, not sort of the squabbles. that's not to accept the behavior of this president. we shouldn't normalize that. but
