i'm meteorologist drew burgoyne. the storm is moving along the upper west coast. there's a possibility of upper-elevation snows. the problem is once that storm moves further to the east, we're talking multiple days of severe weather. that severe weather risk extended throughout the dakotas south into texas for your friday, and then that will be shifting east throughout the central part of the united states from iowa into missouri, south into oklahoma and texas. strong to severe storms over the next several days capable of producing strong winds, hail, and even tornadoes. so later on for your friday, storms developing throughout the dakotas, and then additional storms southwest of dallas will start to really increase overnight into saturday morning with additional storms moving throughout the central part of the united states and continuing east by the end of the weekend. i'm meteorologist drew burgoyne, cbs news. >>> the trump administration is planning to move hundreds of migrants from crowded camps in the southern u.s. along the border in to florida. federal off
