burgum: as i just saidgov. burgum:, we are a big electric producer. ev's and the enormous subsidies, we are trying to shut down baseload and electrify transportation. we have an assumption that electrification will work in all geographies. but everybody knows that in cold temperatures, batteries have serious issues. i do not think you could see in 20 years a burlington northern santa fe hauling a load of soybeans or corn run by hydrogen. it may be cleaner, but it will not be batteries. that is another area that could have a hydrogen solution. on the one-size-fits-all, this legislation says we will build 500,000 charging stations. but good luck trying to build a transmission line. there been companies trying to build a line from canada, shutting down nuclear in new york -- can i get that bill. you can build these charging stations but you have to ask yourself where this power comes from as we tried to decommission natural gas. we keep adding more things on the triple without any plan -- anna the electrical grid without any plan. the generation of elect

governor burgum, the last abortion provider in your state left after that supreme court decision. what has been the impact of that? >> well -- >> not having that care. >> in the case of this case because the last one was in fargo it moved about 400 yards now in minnesota. so the effect of people having access to care is really -- >> they leave. >> well, they leave but going 400 yards further east. this is what will happen across our nation. it's now back in the hands of states. north dakota has proven at the ballot box the citizens voting, our legislature very much is a pro life with exception states, and this is a -- something that the state of north dakota has been pursuing a long time. as chris were talking about earlier, this is something states can decide and i think it ought to be decided at the state sflee level. >> it's a long way for feel travel if they're not in fargo. >> we're seeing women all across america come to new mexico. it is a long way to travel and what about after care and what about your family and what about the other potential family members like other sma

[applause] >> you may not know it was her most moment of the year, she hates when that happens. the attention but you are making a big difference, sometimes you have to get a little applause. critical to supporting individuals with this addiction, things that came out of the work of north dakota behavioral health team, recovery reinventing and faced with incredible shortage even 6 years ago of addiction centers in the state and we are one of the first states to come up with licensing. support specialists and these are individuals who use their lived experience, get training and qualify and certify and assist others on their journey to recovery and wellness. starting from 0 we have currently 819 trained peer support specialists across the state, one of them is with us today and has amicable story of how she was able to transfer her life and is helping others to do the same. not only is she a mother in long-term recovery but also overcome an uphill battle rebuilding her life after many
