this was the scene late sunday on drive in burke. we know at least one alarm was called but we're still working to get more details on exactly what happened. we'll update you as we learn more. we're standing by for new information this morning after a deadly plane crash in indiana. the plane was on its way to frederick, maryland from kansas city. today we're expecting to learn the names of the three people on board that were killed. a dog was also killed in the crash... but another on board survived. the f-a-a is investigating. happening today.. republicans return to congress, facing a packed agenda. they're aiming to quickly pass their massive tax reform plan early in the week. melanie hastings is here with more. republicans are on the brink of passing a nearly one-and-a -half trillion dollar tax overhaul. on friday, two senators who said they'd vote against the bill pledged their support: bob corker, and marco rubio. that means republicans should have the votes they need. this would be this legislative accomplishment for president

. >> 32-year-old dabble daniel burk, -- daniel burk, the accused driver of a box truck that slammed into the toll plaza was arrested by chp on suspicion of dui and vehicular manslaughter. cc hahn, a 10-year veteran toll taker was killed when a truck smashed into her booth about 5:10 saturday morning. the truck veered diagonally across lanes before crashing into several cars and her booth. the cause of the crash is under investigation. according to court records, burk has mismeanor convictions for possession of methamphetamine and possession of stolen property in san mateo county. dmv records show his driver's license was suspended at one point because he failed to appear in court, but it was valid at the time of the crash. burk works as a stage hand and the truck contained sound equipment, but it's not clear where he was coming from. he was ejected during the crash and is still in the hospital. han had been an on call toll booth operator for more than 10 years and her husband described her as a good mother to their 10-year-old daughter, good wife and good daughter. she got call 3:30 satu
