so not going to warm up as much tomorrow like we did today low to mid 70's from brisbane to burlingame with millbrae and burlingame warming up to 73 degrees and mid 70's apiece for san mateo and san carlos mountain view in the low 80's and widespread mid 80's and low 90's. for those of you in the south bay and we do have a slight chance of pop-up thunderstorms with that monsoonal moisture is going to create a very unstable atmosphere. so it really could impact those of you in the south bay mountains and east bay hills, including the diablo range as well with the threat of pop-up thunderstorms bringing that risk of elevated fire danger concerns if any dry lightning does farc it could actually spark and spread wildfires with our extreme to exceptional drought conditions so heads up there. livermore going to be about 3 to 5 degrees above average for most of our inland valleys in the east bay with concord and walnut creek warming up into the low 90's. fortunately not in the triple digits like we were just a few days ago and mid 70's for richmond and berkeley orinda and moraga in the low 80

ktvu is amberleigh live now in downtown burlingame, after speaking with restaurant owners in three citiescosts of doing business, amber julie, i spoke with restaurant owners here in burlingame, sema till and san jose. not everyone agrees that new fees are the way to go. the refuge in san mateo just opened at the end of june. it's the owners, third and newest restaurant on the peninsula. we are in literally a man paw where we are a family restaurant, matt levin implemented what's called a 2% wellness feed to patrons checks when this location opened, and he's charging the same fee at his other restaurants, he says he needs it to survive and that the money helps them hire and retain workers in a highly competitive market, not to mention the sky. rocketing price of food. you kind of have to be a partner with the restaurants that you love, you know, and understand the way they operate. levin says he offers his employees a four oh one k plan paid time off and is working on health insurance for them if it helps the workers and helps to retain them and gives them a better like wage. i would be ok
