. >> we are watching that and we have a crash northbound 680 at burnell avenue. this involved a truck loaded with produce and the left lanes are blocked. the problem is that the commute direction on the other side of the freeway is getting a long look at this crash. you can see traffic taking up just past the crash and they are trying to figure out how to get the truck out the problem is that it is loaded and if they can upright it they will do that but they might have to unload it. this will be there for a bit. chp has been out for a while and the tow truck just arrived. there is the accident on the map and 680 is very slow and so is 880 from hayward to fremont. the done martin bridge is slow as normal. this is a look at the bay bridge with a wet commute into san francisco and 880 is slowing past the colosseum stop and go down into oakland. all of these freeways are slow on northbound 101 as well as 280 at 17. you can see that it is raining hard and this storm is causing problems on the roads. frank mallicoat is in emeryville checking on the conditions.>> report
