last word from cal fire, it has burned more than 150 acres. let's head over to paul heggen, he has been watching this fire all afternoon and a closer look at the conditions in that area which makes all the difference. >> of course this is a part of the county that is prone to wildfires because of the dry vegetation. we are looking to the north of highway 4, and i want to take a look at the weather conditions that are helping to drive the fire as well. the wind has been somewhat gusty, it is an onshore breeze, but the temperature is still 85 degrees in the vicinity of the point fire. wind out of the southwest at 18 miles per hour and gusting up to 24 miles per hour. conditions could be worse in terms of the temperatures, what we had a couple days ago over 100 degrees would really complicate the fire crews. so far they are reporting zero structure loss which is fantastic work by them, protecting the neighborhood around the fire. it is still producing plenty of smoke but at this point, the air-quality map is not showing any significant degradatio
