obviously a burrito is a lot cheaper than a share of chipotle. liz: we learned more this week about the economy and whether the recovery is really real. peter barnes is joining us from washington. peter, we also have jobless claims today. what did we learn? >> well, we had a couple of indicators today, liz, that may point to a decent jobs report for june this friday. first the labor department said that initial jobless claims fell 5,000 last week from the prior week's revised total of $348,000. today's number was slightly below the 345,000 claims that economists expected so it was a little better than expected. we like to look at the four week moving average, this number, because it smooths out volatility and that fell to with 345,000 and change. meantime in a second report, payroll processor a.d.p. said that prooifrt sector jobs increased by 188,000 in june and that's the highest number since february and there's 28,000 more than the consensus estimate. so for friday, right now, the consensus estimate for june is 165,000 with the unemployment ra
