while workers at famous chef thomas keller bushon restaurant were inside cleaning up. fire crews say they got the call about 5:30 a.m. after employees noticed smoke and flames above the bakery's oven. the flames burned through the roof and attic space. >> once we started opening up the holes we started getting more smoke down into the building itself. >> reporter: all five employees who were inside got out without injury. the owner, chef thomas keller arrived to survey the damage, taking photos and looking at the debris. they are just relieved everyone made it out unharmed. >> at this point we're still taking a look at everything that happened. we're just glad the staff is out safely. that was our main concern. >> reporter: the fire also affects bushon's other restaurants. today tourists and many locals were upset. >> it's a bummer, we wanted to take bread with us, and we couldn't. it's a bummer for them. >> hopefully they can repair quickly and be back up online so we can come back and enjoy it. >>> bushon's baker did tell us they had enough break in stock to cover th
