where are you now and what are you seeing. >> reporter: we're in bustleton this morning.started off with the rain, it turned and now a mix and now we are seeing snow we are taking a live look, coming to you live from verree road in bustleton. you can see for the most part it is looking good, still. still very clear. you can see obviously the moisture, the gloss on the road, it is because we are seeing now over the last 45 minutes some slushy patches, so every now and then again you will see a large swath of is what slush in the middle of the road as we turn here i want to see what these side roads are like. we took 76 we took roosevelt boulevard, main arteries are looking good but as we turn down some of these side streets we are seeing a little bit more trouble, starting to see more slushy patches. you can see on the ride of the road there are cars are covered by snow, the sidewalks , they are starting to get covered. they are very slushy. i can say personally as i stepped outside my home in philadelphia, there was so much slush wet heavy snow that very first step on it

last time we saw you you were in bustleton.here are you now what are you seeing. >> reporter: rahel and jim, good morning. we are in montgomery county now and i'm getting excited because each and every hit we come to you each and every hour as hours and minutes go by we are seeing that rain/ sleet, we saw from earlier this morning now turn over to snow. we are taking a live look right now, outside of our mobile weather watcher, this is the roof camera on top where you can see that the snow is falling more steadily now, and not only is it sticking to the grass surfaces , it is sticking to the middle of the road. as we take dash camera you can see what a drive would look like on gant drive-in huntington valley, montgomery county. we have not seen this until a half an hour ago. we are coming through center city, schuylkill expressway, roosevelt boulevard it just looks wet because we were seeing mostly rain, sleet and then this mix over. as we are in the suburbs you can see snow is starting to fall more steadily and roads are getti

we're 40 in bustleton. 38 at graduate hospital. the feels-like temperatures around 29 degrees.r and satellite, the clouds are breaking and they are pulling out to the east. the center of that storm that impacted us on friday has been very slowly riding out farther and farther east. it's kind of dragging the clouds with it which means mostly sunny forecast for us this afternoon. flood advisory in place for the jersey shore. our delaware beaches. this has been downgraded from the flood warning that was originally in place. nonetheless, high tides, 8:45 to 9:45 could see minor flooding, specifically in the spots prone to floogd. we didn't see a high amount of reports. but this is a good sign but i want to give a heads up that this advisory is in place. >> around 15 to 20, 25 miles per hour. gusts may be a bit higher. still a breezy to windy day today. it's going to -- actual high temperatures, 46 in philly. we are tracking like i mentioned mostly sunny conditions this afternoon with those winds factored in. the chill will be in the upper 30s. let's talk about that next coastal sto
