i'm here with butch graves, the ceo of black enterprise.nk you so much for joining us this is a big event that you got here you got john thompson, the chairman of microsoft here, you've got the ceo of intel, and this is just your third year doing this conference. tell me, what is the main driver behind this event? >> biggest driver for us is to connect silicon valley and technology companies with african-americans. to show the growth and development of african-american business entrepreneurs, as well as provide these tech companies with an opportunity to bring on and hire a number of very talented african-american college kids and folks who want to advance in technology as a whole. >> what is the reaction that you're getting from some of the companies in silicon valley? i understand you've got a group of young people out at sales force, you know, visiting at&t labs are you hearing from them that the pipeline needs to grow they want your help in that? what's their incentive here? >> well, their incentive is very straight forward, you know th
