now the shooting in butte county. at a school affiliated with the seventh day adventist. and that's why this message has been put out statewide. the police chief here in pleasant hill tells me there are extra patrols that they will put out to the local sda school. although he wanted to make clear, there are currently no threats or any evidence that there would be any threats to any local communities that extra sense of security is a call from the butte county sheriff's office. the sheriff there saying that he put an alert to all law enforcement agencies as well, to be on high alert for those local seventh day adventist institutions, though he calls the shooting an isolated incident. those first 911 calls, they came in wednesday afternoon. the sheriff's office says the gunman met with school officials to try to enroll a student at the school, though they're still not sure if the shooter actually wanted to do that. minutes after a cordial meeting, staff heard gunshots and they heard screams. the butte county sheriff say
