southbound bw parkway. overturned car right now. traffic phed off on to new york avenue. chris, how are things looking out there right now wh that jackknifed tractor-trailer? >> yeah. melissa, there's been a lot of movement in the las minutes. we just got pushed back because i think at this point what t they're goi try to do, they have been trying to drain some of the fuel from the pumps before they try to move that trailer off the side of the they have been doing that for the past 20 or 30 minutes. they have been trykg to h up some of the hydraulic hooks to it t to tryo get it off. one of the things that one of the crews mentioned to me was they were worried about that it took out about 100 feet of guard rail and they're w ried that this could be a lot of guard rail wedged up under there which makes it a lot harder to disengage thate trailer and m it off the road. as we swing around a little bit you can see one lane is getting through on the right side and they're making progress h e so hopefully they will be able to get this clear before the bulk of the rush hour gets i
