byron york is a fox news contributor. thank you for being here this morning.'re hearing daca will be ended by a six-month window. does it put it in congress's lap? >> it really does. everybody is trying to thread a needle here. remember, during the campaign president trump promised to get rid of daca. he hasn't done that so far. but there is a group of conservative attorneys generals in several states who are threatening to sue tomorrow if president doesn't end daca. that kind of put a deadline on this. so tomorrow he is expected to announce that he is either going to just end daca or severely limit it. but with that extension that you talked about. it wouldn't take effect for a while. the idea is then congress would step in and fix the problem. remember a lot of republicans had said that barack obama doing this on his own executive power was an unconstitutional overreach for the president. congress had to do this kind of law. well, congress is now going to get its chance to solve the daca issue. >> molly: congressional republicans haven't made progress on thi

come in byron york, political correspondent, byron, thank you for joining us.t seems like every day we have some sort of threat involving north korea, but the markets don't really seem to care at this point, do they? >> well, they are not showing it. i think what you just heard the president say about china could be very big news. we don't know if it's actually going to happen but the idea that china really would begin to crack down on its banks that are doing business with north korea would be a very big deal, in addition to the president's new sanctions. every time we hear the new sanctions, you think, why weren't we doing that already, but apparently there are additional things, additional people we can target who are doing business, providing goods and services and technology to north korea. so the president is clearly upping the ante a little bit and maybe getting china to go along with them. ashley: that's a good point, we don't know what they do around the back there. listen, at some point, do these sanctions put the north korean dictator into a corner?
