kelly kirkpatrick. i am now the department of public health supporting implementation of mental health sf and prop c. some of you may know with the prior role in the budget with the city and excited to leverage that experience on the important endeavor with all of you. dph is underway with the budget funds approved through the budget process as you are well aware, i am impressed with the budget knowledge and comp i will t kay and you know -- complicated and know it well. it is new positions and dph staffing as well as contracted services obviously. so i am going to -- i have been asked to present kind of on our preface and updates on the contracting portion of the budget to date. and the department is working hard to strike the balance of following fair contracting processes while also deploying funding as quickly as possible to serve residents in need. my few slides will briefly cover funds where contracts have been successfully deployed to date and the process by which dph has contract feasibility for remaining programs as well as the overview of contracting information resources for dph generally.
