kimberly how can that? from washington d. c. all right, let's bring in my kind of, he's been watching the development for us at the united nations security council, and we just heard the chinese ambassador to the security council speak his message rather cautious. yes, he was somewhat restrained. it would appear, although calling for an independent investigation into russia's claims, which the chinese ambassador said was deserved. the only member so far to have actually placed any credence whatsoever to the claims. however, he was somewhat restrained in terms of his tone and calling very moderately for a full investigation because of the danger of any form of military and biological warfare. also, making very clear that china would want to take an active part in helping other nations secure a truce between russia and ukraine. so it was slightly different from what we heard from the a chinese foreign minister in the past 24 hours, for example, which was a spirited defense of russia's claims here from the ambassador. it was somewh
