by we i mean the in caa, talking about the ncaa membership and sports science institute. there was never a time the ncaa sports science institute put out a document and says this is what the membership must do. we always do documents in association with numerous medical and scientific organizations and with membership. we try to make it a collective process but let me take you through the process in the document i'm discussing. we have had two summits that just looked at safety and college football. the first was in 2014 and again in 2016 we had the safety in college football the second one. these documents, these summits led to important documents. one was addressing year-round football practice. mister sheely talked about increasing duration of contact practices and eliminating pointless drills. in 2016 when we put out our year-round practice contact recommendations they weren't perfect but were such that the ivy league which were touted as having illuminated full contact practices they have not. they had eliminating tackling and practice and had to decrease the amount
