nbc10's jesse gary is live at cacia's. for years now, jess six people have shown up to leave the cooking to someone else, right? >> reporter: right now you the line is three. three people a little after 5:00. this is joe cacia. i remember joe from a couple years ago. joe, you're getting things for getting prepped for today. what's the process? >> well, we have the oven lit. it will be on for another 20 minutes. gets up to 600 degrees. let it cool down. fire it again. people start bringing their turkeys in in about an hour. we start putting tags on them. we lay them by the oven. about 7:00, 7:30, we start putting them in. >> reporter: and you've been doing this for -- well, it goes back to the '50s to make money. your family has this -- >> it's turned into more than that. it's turned into a tradition, i guess. and people really seem to appreciate it more and more every year. >> reporter: thanks, joe, i appreciate it. i know it's going to turn out well as it always does. coming up in the next hour, we'll talk more about the

instead of baking it in your own oven (not take it to a local pizza place like cacias where it is all about turkey. >> a lot of people just don't have room in their oven because they have the stuffing and the rest of the stuff. >> well, that's right. i was actually at a friend's thanksgiving the other weekends, and there were 30 people there. it is like how do you have room to washing up all of the dishes? you really don't. so for something like this it, makes it so much easier. we are at caciaa, bread, pizza, stromboli. today it is all about the turkeys. we'll see about 100 people or so bring in their turkeys here. the turk list then be roasted in a brick oven, it is one of the last bakeries in philadelphia that still use a brick oven. i think we're peering through the window here, couple employees are starting to show up. >> this bakery are not open until 6:00. we can show you video from last year, what we are expect to go see is a line of people wrapped around the building coming with their turkeys, then that turkey will be tag, we'll find some space in the brick oven. people can c
