caesar goodson is that officer, 46 years old. this morning a judge acquitting him on all charges, including the most serious, which was second-degree murder. they call it depraved heart in baltimore. but acquitted today. now, as you guys mentioned, freddie gray a 25-year-old african-american man who died last april a week after he was in police custody because of severe trauma to his neck. it turns out he had a broken neck. now, marilyn mostby is a state attorney representing baltimore. she brought these charges. today she goes 0-for-3. the first trial ending in a mistrial. the second one ending in acquittal. of course, today this case ending in acquittal as well. the fourth officer set to go on trial is going to happen on july 5th. but it kind of goes to the question of, what evidence did the prosecution have here? clearly not enough. caesar goodson opting for a bench trial as opposed to a jury trial. and the prosecution's main argument was what they described as a rough ride. but there is really no evidence to back this up. the
